There is no data appearing in the dashboard?

From the time a pixel has been implemented in an ad campaign or on a website, data should appear in the dashboard within 24 hours.  If there is no data within this time, there would be a number of reasons.

1. Pixel has not been implemented or not implemented correctly.
    In the first instance refer to implementation documentation on this portal.  Alternatively, email audiences.support@roymorgan.com.

2. Pixel has been edited after it was created.

    Pixel cannot be edited at all once created.  check that pixel created in the dashboard matches the one that has been implemented in the campaign or website.  If there is a difference, ensure the one from the dashboard is used.  If there is still an issue email audiences.support@roymorgan.com.

3. The data collection has not updated.

    Data is once day (just after midnight).  If there is a platform outage that prevents data being published clients will be notified.

4. There is an error with ad serving or implementation on the ad serving platform is not correct
    Follow up with your ad tech vendor/s
